Novated lease explained to You by Experts

If you are waiting to have novated lease explained to you, here it goes:

Novated lease has become a popular car finance option as it provides benefits to the employees and to the employers as well. A novated car lease is a legal agreement among three parties and provides benefits to everyone involved. This agreement enables an employee to purchase a car on lease from a financier, and the employer agrees to take care of the lease payments to be made to the financier. This is an attractive option followed by many companies.

There are two types of novated car lease:

1.       Fully maintained novated car lease: In this lease, all the operating costs of the vehicle are included in the employee’s salary package. The operational cost may range from lease rental payments, fuel and oil to petty things such as car wash.

2.       Non maintained novated car lease: This lease transfers the responsibility of all the operating costs to the licensee i.e. the employee.

Protect your car

A Discovery 4 can mean a plathora things: luxury, affluence, manhood, even personal belief (e.g. in the case of an environmentally-friendly catback). This is all fine and great, but not all individuals would be willing to throw their life savings into a turbo-charged drift machine. And yet, real men spend hundreds, even thousands, of hard-earned dollars every year to preserve their automobiles. Often, a huge cross-section of this money gets to preserving the external appearance of the car, not the least of which is the paint job.

Your surroundings are engaging a constant proxy war on the exterior of your automobile; even if you are not aware of anything amiss, you can bet your custom paint jobs is taking a pounding from the weather, British, and creatures around you. The sun fades your paint, flying rocks crack your windshield, the individual in the family wagon parked next to you at the depot opens his door to hortily and dents your passenger side. Although some assaults just can’t be predicted or intercepted, there are ways to protect against needless costs when it comes to your vehicle, especially your automobile spray paint job.

Car spray paint is incredibly hard to keep in the pristine condition it’s in when the automobile leaves the service centre, and its conservation can be very pricey if you go through the wrong vender. A dealership will most likely charge you an exorbitant price to apply a sealant to the machine spray paint, but there’s no real reason for paint protection to cost that much. At Rembrandt’s Auto Polish, reduces damage to your car’s paint is easy and inexpensive. Protect your paint job from the acid in bird droppings and tree sap, sun fading, and other damaging elements. The protective sealant applied by Rembrandt’s will significantly extend the life of your paint, saving you countless dollars.

HSV E2 vs E1 Maloo

HSV has recently released the VE series 2 range of vehicles and i personally don’t think they look all that great.

E2 vs E1 HSV Maloo

E2 vs E1 HSV Maloo

From the back the E1 and E2 are pretty similar. It looks fairly aggressive but i’m not too sure about the fake tailgate lights.

E2 vs E1 HSV Maloo

E2 vs E1 HSV Maloo

From the front the E1 and E2 are, as you can see quite different. I think the audi style lights and the bonnet holes look terrible. The E1, in my opinion looks much better and aggressive.

R35 GTR

Its old news that the Nissan GTR is rewriting the policy on what’s feasible for a relatively affordable and everyday usable super-coupe and that it recently lapped the Nordschliefe in 7:29 – setting a new object for utterly homologated production cars. Nevertheless seminar the man who set the time, Tochio Suzuki, and the man in regulate of the car’s development from the ground up, Kazutoshi Mizuno, is a great opportunity to witness first-hand just how fixated Nissan are about the GTR. And how proud they are that it has undoubtedly set new values for everyone besides to be judged against. Grabbing a link of laps of Estoril with Suzuki is appealing revealing, too…

R35 GTR

R35 GTR

First up that Nurburgring lap. The target for the GTR was forever 7:30 – and it had to be achieved in a wholly representative ‘purchaser-spec’ car. Mizuno is quite sheer on this: ‘This time was set on a totally customary car, just like a customer will get. For us ‘Time Attack’ must be repeatable in a customer car. No singular brake pads or cut-glossy tyres – everything was typical GTR.’ The time, set on April 8th, was achieved on the Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST tyre that is level on the main GTR (i.e. non Premium or ‘Black’ spec, which both have Bridgestone RE070R tyres). The Dunlop is a little noisier and not quite as good in the wet as the RE070R, but in the dry it’s worth 4-5 seconds around the ‘Ring. Incredibly all the tests of the GTR in the UK so far have been on the slower Bridgestone – and yet it has consistently set closer lap times than cars like the GT3.

Suzuki is inaudibly oral and although he doesn’t like to conduct interviews in English he’s fluent when chatting about the lap. ‘The conditions were complete. I don’t think the car could go sooner. Its main forte is stability – on the brakes and in the corners. And the tyres are very consistent.’ Is there a menacing part of the route? – a key sector to receiving a good time but also the bit you don’t look forward to? ‘No. The lap was best but the car is predictable and tranquil to goad on the bound.’

The figures remnant that Mizuno is proud to take me through suggests that Suzuki is being ridiculously modest. The ultimate lateral G cost is 1.4 – and the car averages 1.3G from area to spot. The GTR hits 290kph twice on its way to that lap time. The choke place table tells of equal commitment (TPOS on the chart). Lapping a 1740kg road car in 7:29 is cleanly a phenomenal achievement.

Incredibly there’s more to come. Mizuno, Suzuki and the respite of the squad are already well into the V-Spec development programme. Both men are stringent lipped about the throw but with an enhance in country (to around 550bhp) and a 100kg heaviness cutback, the V-Spec should move the GTR even expand ahead of its rivals. Suzuki thinks the car should be as much as 10-seconds earlier than the normal car around the ‘Ring. However, the V-Spec will have more intense pursue-biased tyres, which will account for a large chunk of the time economy.

Suzuki is on sated PR levy, demonstrating the GTR to dozens of journalists around the Estoril path. I feel he’s bored, therefore the early prompt and tidy laps fetching more lurid as the day goes on. You can consider that the GTR is entirely sideways well before each angle from the pit partition – the tyres weepy under the torture – and the spectacular itinerant is necessitating a moist set of Dunlops with near every fuel finish. Nevertheless when I soar in beside him I ask him to do a suitable lap first, and then a juvenile one. He nods approvingly.

First impression is once again just how quick the GTR is – most cars feel blunted on an eclectic roadway but the Nissan still feels immense, the state ramping up with every instantaneous gearchange. Suzuki is super-aggressive on the brakes but even on corner item. However he then has to stay for the front to kick and it takes a join of exploratory prods of the accelerator before the nose firewood and Suzuki can quite commit the twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6. Estoril is glib and open, unlike the Nordschleife and you can tell the GTR isn’t as matched to this nature of current trip. It’s still very speedy but the credence does tend to impetus the front spacious and Suzuki is more regularly managing the license than austerely unleashing it.

Having said that, the GTR’s body control is exceptional and the brakes seem to wave off the heaviness. Through the Parabolica – a long abstain right-hander where you’d assume the car to jerk understeering, it stays neutral and Suzuki pours more and more faculty down to the track. Impressive things. Check out the capture to see Suzuki at work – we’ll also have the thorough 7:29 lap up shortly.

Lap 2 is slower but super-sideways. Suzuki just turns the GTR in on the brakes, waits at the slide to fabricate and then flattens the throttle to drag the car plump. Sometimes it wishes nearly plump converse link but always the transition between grip-slip-grip flatten and Suzuki is right on top of the car. Afterwards he says the car could be improved ‘to give a little more reaction’. The V-Spec is actually departing to be an unusual car.”
